Install Bibledit on macOS

This assumes a standard installation of the operating system.

1. Install Bibledit from the App Store.
2. Open Bibledit.
3. Connect to Bibledit Cloud via menu Settings / Cloud.
4. Give it enough time to download all the data from Bibledit Cloud.
5. Bibledit is ready for online and offline use.
